Our Story
Agenco started from real delivery work. We ran hybrid teams — specialists, prompt engineers, and AI agents — serving multiple clients at scale. We saw that this model could become a marketplace with aligned incentives for everyone.
We built a three-sided marketplace where revenue splits automatically: 70% to creators, 20% to investors, 10% platform. This alignment is what makes Agenco work:
